Join us for this potent three-month journey through Summer, held in a sacred circle of mothers around our virtual hearth. Together sharing our wisdom and ways, while following the earth as teacher and healer and the threads of our ancestors, for healing, deep nourishment, guidance and remembrance in today’s world.

Part Guided Course and Circle, together we will explore the archetypes, energies and plant medicines being invoked in this season, weave in fun and healing herbalrecipes for the family, invite thoughtful reflections, ritual and somatic practices, nature-based whimsical crafts, and ancestral ways and honorings that help us to ground and reconnect with the earth and her cycles, and in doing so, mother ourselves as we mother our children.

About your guide

Hello lovely mama, I’m Colleen.
I’ve spent the past two decades walking with women and families through the hands of functional medicine, herbalism, eco-somatics, and of my own journey into and through motherhood.

This offering brewed in my heart over those first four sleep-deprived aching and beautiful years of early motherhood initiation, tending, and messy reformation. I’ve been pouring my love, sweat and tears into this medicine basket of offerings that’s shaped into Earthwise Mother Seasonal Circles.

Each season gathers together so much of what I’ve learned, craved, and am living through in order to feel grounded, nourished, supported and inspired in today’s overwhelming, fast-paced world. I want ALL mothers to feel rooted, empowered, connected to their intuition and deep wisdom; because we need our Mothers to thrive so we can speak up for our children, ourselves, and our communities and world.

There is so much healing, guidance and beauty in living cyclically, as we were designed as well as the earth. And through reconnecting threads of wisdom from our ancestors, the plants and rituals they tended, we can weave the wise ways of our past with our modernity to better navigate this wild world feeling nourished. Earthwise Mother seasonal circles are my heart offering to you and mama earth.

In a world of busyness, overwhelm and depletion, I hope that you’ll join us in this potent remembering what is real, true, and meaningful for ourselves, our family and our futures. We need it now more than ever.

What’s woven within...

  • We’ll gather from June through August ,with 2 live calls per month (6 total) with fellow mothers and circle around the hearth to journey through Spring’s wisdom and medicine for a more rooted and resourced mothering.

  • Seep into the landscape of Summer, within and outside of us, connecting with the fertile energies of the season and the archetype of Mother and all she carries and alchemizes.

  • Explore herbal allies and recipes to support us in the needs of what this season asks of us in clearing out stagnation, embracing bitterness as beauty, deeply nourishing and fertility supporting, nervous system replenishing, as well as aphrodisiac and heart opening plant allies.

  • Prepare healing vibrant rainbow food recipes to support our vitality, fertility, and playfulness.

  • All live gatherings are recorded, and you’ll still have access to the practices, rituals, and teachings. Many mothers find deep connection simply through the materials and sharing space online.

  • This course is designed to feel like nourishment, not another task. The practices are gentle, grounding, and can be woven into your daily life. Think of it as creating space to be held, supported, and inspired, rather than something you “have to do.”

  • This is more than a course, it’s a village. It blends functional nourishment, folk herbalism, ancestral traditions, and seasonal rhythms, all within the sacred container of mothers circling together. It’s about remembering and re-weaving what was once part of daily life.

  • The Winter Course blends self-paced content with live circle gatherings. You’ll receive guided practices, herbal recipes, and seasonal teachings, along with opportunities for reflection, journaling, and sharing in community.

  • About 1–2 hours per week is plenty to engage with the materials and practices. All circles are recorded, and you can move at the pace that fits your busy mom life.

  • Just yourself, some wifi and your computer to download material and join calls as desired. A journal would be great, a few basic kitchen and herbal supplies (we’ll guide you on what to gather), a cup of tea, and an open heart. Everything else is optional, and you can adapt practices with what you have at home.
