Your Guide
Colleen is a Mother, Herbalist, Board Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach devoted to the nourishment, healing connection and authentic support of mothers and children, and a rekindling of the mother village. With nearly two decades of study and practice in Integrative and Functional Medicine and Nutrition, Herbalism and Formulation, and her natural birth, ancestral and earth-based mothering, her work is a woven tapestry of intuition and physiology, ancient plant wisdom and ecosomatics, scientific research and sacred ritual all in support of tending the garden of a nurtured mother, family and future.
