A Seasonal journey that’s part course and part mother circle, weaving together the cycles of the Earth with the inner cycles of motherhood.
Together we’ll explore the archetypes and energies being invoked in each season. Through this guiding lense we’ll journey and meet herbal allies to support us, with fun and healing herbal recipes, woven with thoughtful reflections, somatic invitations and festive ancestral rituals, and nature-based whimsical crafts to do with your children, all from the comfort of your home. Guided as a course yet held as a circle, honoring each mother’s wisdom, vulnerability and shares to support the container. Nourish your whole being through reconnecting with the earth and her cycles, around a hearth of mothers, and in doing so, mother ourselves as we mother our children, for this generation and beyond.

Enter the stillness. In the quiet dark, we listen to the dreams beneath the snow—tending soul, honoring lineage, and resting in the deep roots of maternal knowing. This is a season of sitting by the hearth and listening to the sparks of wisdom within, to root deeply, to listen and dream into the seeds we will sow.

As the sweet life-giving sap rises and the light of day lengthens again, so too does our own renewal. This is the season of budding innocence, creative exuberance and the ecstatic dance of creation and life. A time for moving winter’s stagnation, invoking the beauty of bitter for clarity, and the sowing seeds of hope for a bountiful harvest and beauty.

Celebrate your fullness. Embody the bloom of motherhood with vibrancy, play, and presence. This is the season of fruiting, vitality, and wholehearted living and tending. This can invoke burning the candle at both ends, so how do we nurture a healthy flame and tend our radiance with grace.

Rooted Mage
Gently draw inward with the falling leaves. Weave threads of ancestral wisdom, tend your nervous system, and root into ritual and tend to the altar of your heart and lineage. This is a season for gathering what sustains the threads of our deep nourishment and releasing what no longer serves.

Your Guide - Colleen Gerson
Colleen is a Mother, Herbalist, Board Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach devoted to the nourishment, healing connection and authentic support of mothers and children, and a rekindling of the mother village.
With nearly two decades of study and practice in Functional Medicine and Nutrition, Herbalism and Formulation, and her own natural birth, ancestral and earth-based mothering, her work is a woven tapestry of intuition and physiology, ancient plant wisdom and ecosomatics, scientific research and sacred ritual all in support of tending the garden of a nurtured mother, family and future on mother earth.
